RESERVE

1 – Make a petition of reserve by e-mail or phone. We’ll answer you the sooner possible, between 24 or  48 hours.

2 – To make a reserve, you must send a sign or anticipated payment of 20 % of the total rent and leave the guest’s data to prepare a voucher.  For long stays more than a month, the reserve is 20% of the month.
The payment of the reserve is by Western Unión or a deposit on Boxes of Saving ( From Argentina).

3 –  Once received the payment, the reserve will make effective and a voucher will be send to the guest with all the data.


CHECK IN

4 – The arrive day, a agent of ‘‘ To Live Argentina’’or the owner, will be waiting for you on a schedule agreed.  They will show you the apartament and the operation of the facilities and tools. The guest must show the voucher and passaport or ID.

5 – The guest will have to pay the total of the rent, plus a security deposit which is return after the end of the contract with the delivered of the keys. These amounts must be paid in CASH, in Argentina peso, dollars or euros.
The keys won’t be delivered if the payment wasn’t make it in his totality.


SECURITY DEPOSIT
  •  This will be return on the end of temporary rent previous check of the departament state and inventory.

  • The Security deposit correspond to 50% of whole period rented. (Minimum U$S 150).

  • For long stays more than a month, the security deposit will be of a month.
6 – Is Signed a contract for temporary rent and a voucher with the prices of  the departament stuff.

7 – In the check in moment, the guest will receive a phone number which you’ll can call with any consult related to the department.

8 – In case of the guest decided extend this stay on the rent property, they must communicate the sooner possible and if the property is available, you must sign a new contract for the extension.

9 – If the guest decide cut this stay, will not be refunded any amount.

CHECK IN: 1:00 PM
  • Check in: Can be earlier without additional charge, if the property is available.

  • Regular check in: 8 AM a 9PM
Check in Saturdays, Sundays and holidays paid an additional $ S 15. Also weekdays after hours.
CHECK OUT o EGRESO
10 –  The property owner or a agent of ‘‘ To Live Argentina’’ will check the departament state and inventory, after this, will  return a security deposit. But, if the case that something are broken , lost or spoilt, we will discount a amount of the security deposit this amount is damages's proportional, the rest will return with the key delivered of the departament.
CHECK OUT : 10 hrs
  • Check out may be requested later without charge, always the property wasn't  previously reserved. In these case, you must know that the check out will be at 10 AM.
If the guest needs to leave the apartment later than 10 AM and want make sure the disponibility of that, will have to make a 1 additional day reserve.
·        Regular check out : 8 AM to 9 PM.

  • Check out on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays and after hours, have an additional cost of U $ S 10.

IMPORTANT
Cancellation of a reserve:
In the case that you want to cancel a reserve:
  • 30 days or more prior to arrival, will be deducted 50% of the advance payment for the reservation.

  • Less than 30 days prior to arrival, will not be reimbursed for any amount paid into the reserve.
